Welcome to AOBSE

The Association of Boards of School Education (AOBSE) has been established under an Act XXI of 1860 of Govt. of India. It is an association of all Boards of School Education in India and abroad. It works for the promotion of school education including curriculum reforms and improvement of Educational systems.

Association of Boards of School Education will also help Education Boards in preparing quality syllabus and course materials in accordance with National Curriculum Framework 2005 prepared by NCERT.

School Education in India vary from state to state. There are many places in India where school education is not available. It will be the objective of the AOBSE in setting up of schools in states where no school facilities are available and specially in remote places and hilly areas across the country and making school education available to the students from weaker section of the Society and dropouts. AOBSE shall coordinate with different boards of the states and ministry of HRD to promote and propagate School Education upholding the true spirit of ‘Right to Education’ of Govt. of India and ‘Education For All’ a global movement led by UNESCO.

"Association of Boards of School Education will also provide its membership to Govt. Schools and Private (Aided & Unaided) Schools.”

Association of boards of school education has been granted membership from Quality Council of India, Ministry of Commerce and is an ISO, 9001 – 2008, certified institution, registered with Ministry of HRD (CR) & Planning Communication, Govt. of India. Association of boards of School Education, being a registered society working in the field of school education has mandate for promotion of school education. The Govt. of India has notified and published Notification of Association of Boards of School Education, Delhi in the official Gazette of India.
